Highly respected in her industry, Gabrielle has been an award winning hair stylist for 46 years and owner of Spectra Hair for the past 14 years. Gabrielle is involved with developing her Industries Learning Pathways and has until very recently been on the Hairdressing Advisory Group in Wellington working alongside NZQA in the Unit Standard development ensuring consistency of standards throughout the industry.
Gabrielle is also a wife, a mother, a daughter, a grandma and aspiring public servant, and in all aspects of her life she is truly a force to be reckoned with. Gabrielle has an intense sense of purpose, and possesses a level of energy that propels her through each day’s challenges with positive determination. Gabrielle's most recent challenge has come from her being elected to the PNCC (Oct 2016) as the most recent and new councillor around the table.
James lives and breathes Inspire Net. Often described as the one wearing the Barkers track pants and the Inspire Net shirt, he describes himself as the biggest billboard in town wearing his uniform seven days a week.
One of the most dedicated managing directors out there he is often heard talking to customers at 7am, digging holes on a hill, maintaining our server room or smacking a ball around over at the Squash Gym. His dreams of world domination are only hindered by the speed fibre can be dug and towers built.
Justin is the owner and operator of four McDonald's here in Palmerston North and Dannevirke. Justin's been with McDonald's for over 14 years and serves as the deputy chairperson on the McDonalds New Zealand board.
Justin has strong feelings towards community, actively engaging in sponsorship for a variety of organisations.
In his spare time, Justin sits on the Manawatu Rugby Union board and owns a retirement village in the South Island.
Paul is not only a qualified carpenter but also Managing Director of Humphries Construction.
This year sees Humphries Construction reach a 21 year milestone as a trusted building company in the Manawatu. With over 60 staff directly employed over a multi-faceted business operation, Paul has played a key role in the company’s steady growth and development over these years.
Paul has first-hand experience with start-up businesses not only in building, construction and development, but also in hospitality, design, precast concrete, and the motel industry, to name a few.
He is passionate about seeing local businesses thrive and succeed. With his down-to-earth manner, his “grass roots” understanding and vast local/national knowledge he's a new member to our Innovate family!
